Creating medical simulation that gets innovation to market and into the hands of educators to make a difference in patient outcomes… Because it’s only a solution if people can use it.

Why we do it:

The founders of Training Bridge have a combined 60+ years of experience in the medical simulation industry and the started the company in 2023 out of the frustration of seeing innovative training solutions not reaching educators.

Our motto: “Our best will be replaced with better… the better solution is likely to come from outside of us… we need to be the path for that innovation…”

With this in mind, we have been developing an Eco-system of open access hardware and open source software that provides a foundation for educators to work with and innovators to create with. The system by design is simple to use to access and add onto. The goal is to allow the educator to define what parts of the solution are most relevant to them, their students and budget. For innovators an open welcoming environment to allow them to focus on addressing critical training issues for their focused community and leverage the resource of the system.

Training Bridge designs and manufactures its equipment in the US and partners globally with innovative people and businesses.
